Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute will direct proceeds from the sale of these plates to marine exploration, research, conservation and education.

(You will need the PIN number that accompanies your vehicle registration renewal notice or your vehicle tag number to complete this online transaction.) In Person
You can get a new Harbor Branch specialty plate or renew your plate in person at any Florida Tax Collector or tag agency. For office locations, click here.
